This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
BLCKMGIC GmbH
Hausener Str. 47
56736 Kottenheim, Germany
Phone: +49 2651 7031353
E-mail: mail@falcontrader.de
Represented by the managing directors Oliver Kettenhofen and Thorsten Wahl.

2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services, or where you have given your consent. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This website is addressed to businesses and commercial operators.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. No third-party content is loaded: fonts, scripts, images and stylesheets are served exclusively locally from our own server. In particular, there is no integration of Google Fonts or comparable external services. As a result, simply visiting the site does not transmit any data to third parties.

4. Hosting & server log files

This website is operated with a hosting provider within the European Union; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is automatically processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested file/URL, volume of data transferred, referrer URL as well as browser type and operating system. This processing serves the technical delivery, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation). Log files are deleted after a short time unless they are needed to investigate security incidents.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognisable by "https://" in the address bar). This means the data transmitted between your browser and our server cannot be read by third parties.

6. Getting in touch (e-mail, WhatsApp, phone)

This website does not contain a contact form. If you contact us by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). If you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms and privacy notices of WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. additionally apply; this may involve a transfer of data to third countries (e.g. the USA). We store this data until your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law) require. Afterwards the data is deleted.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact mail@falcontrader.de.

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, datenschutz.rlp.de.

10. Currency & changes

We adapt this privacy policy as soon as changes to our data processing make this necessary. The current version published here applies in each case.
